How many claims can I submit per year of membership?
Your PorchPals membership allows you to submit up to three claims during each year of membership.
If I don’t use all three, do they carry over and accumulate the following year?
No, your claims do not carry over into the next membership year.
What is the coverage limit per stolen package?
There is a $2,000 reimbursement limit for each stolen package, regardless of the declared value of the item.
Can I expect pricing changes to my annual membership?
We do not anticipate any pricing changes to the PorchPals membership fees.
What if I have more than three stolen packages/claims in a year?
Once you have reached three claims and/or the $2,000 coverage limit for your membership year, you must wait until your membership renews to submit your next claim(s).
Are there multiple payment options for this insurance?
PorchPals currently accepts all major credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover). We are not processing ACH payments (i.e. direct deposit) at this time.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
You can expect your refund within 5 to 30 business days from the time your claim was approved.
